Draft · 11 October 2026
Terms
These draft terms cover the marketing website and the alpha list. They are not a subscription agreement, and they are not legal advice.
The alpha list
Asking for a seat does not create an account, does not reserve a price, and does not start a charge. There is no Originstory app in the App Store or Play Store. We may write to the address you give when a seat opens, or we may not, if the project changes.
Prices on this site
The prices are the ones the product is being planned around: Free at $0, Basic at $4.99 a month or $49 a year, Premium at $9.99 a month or $99 a year, and Family Legacy at $199 a year. A 30-day Premium trial with no card, a referral of one free Premium month after three active families, and printed books from $29 to $69 are part of that plan. They are not an offer you can accept by using this website. Ordering books is not open.
The preview
The interviewer on the home page is a demonstration. Do not rely on it to store a family story. Coming-soon labels mean that part of the product is not available.
Using the site
Don’t misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or submit someone else’s address. The words and design of this website belong to Originstory. The stories you might one day keep in the product are a separate matter, and a finished agreement will say so before anyone is asked to pay.
